We provide a 30-day return policy, as opposed to the statutory 14-day cancellation policy.
You do not have to worry that you may not like the product you are ordering, it will not be as it is on our website. By law, all online businesses must provide their customers with a minimum 14-day cancellation period if they order the product home delivery. Personal pick-up is not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Dislike / wrong product, what can I do?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal at the Smart Clinic for 30 days from receipt. Keep the packaging and return the product with us within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price.

I don't like the product, would I rather swap it for another, how can I do it?
Place a new order for the new product, enter the previous order ID (SCO ......) in the comment and request a replacement. Order ID you find in the confirmation email. The new product will be shipped to you by courier, and please return the previous product packaged to the courier. The returned product will be inspected upon your return and, if everything is correct, your refund price will be refunded. This saves you the cost of the return as it will be taken over by our company.
What costs can I have if I cancel my purchase?
- When unpacking a package, pay special attention to the packaging and the resulting depreciation must be borne by the buyer.
- You will also be charged for the cost of returning the product.
