With our service courier service, our customers from all over the country send us the devices to be repaired.
Our goal is to increase the proportion of returning customers (we are currently above 50%), and this can only be achieved with satisfied customers.
We welcome all our dear customers in an air-conditioned, clean environment.
Working with qualified suppliers, our warranty repair rate is 6.72%. We need to fix less than 7 out of every 100 devices repaired. In Hungary, the average rate is close to 20%.
We are not transformed by other names every year, we remain who we are from the beginning.
