Our nationwide service courier solution is a great option for those who live far away from us, do not have the opportunity to have their device repaired locally, are looking for a reliable service, or simply love convenience and professional solutions.

In our service courier service, the partner is GLS General Logistics Systems Hungary Csomag-Logismi Kft. 
How does the service courier solution work?
- The courier is expected to arrive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., the business day following your order.
- Hand over the device in appropriate packaging to our courier to avoid further damage during transport.
- The day after posting, we will call you with the exact cost of the repair after the inspection.
- If the amount is correct, the repair will be performed.
- We will send you a request for a fee for the final amount. We will send you a VAT invoice upon receipt of payment.
- The next working day, we will deliver the device to our courier for delivery.
Insurance conditions
All packages delivered by our courier service are insured up to a net value of HUF 100,000. This insurance is included in the national service courier fee.
In the case of packages exceeding HUF 100,000 net, it is recommended to take out extra insurance.
Extra insurance fees:
- gross HUF 2,000, if the net value of the goods is HUF 100,001-200,000
- gross HUF 5,000, if the net value of the goods is HUF 200,001-500,000
If you want to request extra insurance, all you have to do is check this option on the form. Please note that if you do not request the extra insurance for a more expensive package and the package is lost, we will only be able to reimburse you up to HUF 100,000 net..
